Photos and albums: quick troubleshooting

Try these checks:
• Confirm that the image opens normally on your device.
• Try uploading one photo at a time to identify which file is having trouble.
• Use a stable connection and keep the page open until the upload finishes.
• If the original is unusually large or in an unsupported format, export a smaller JPEG or PNG copy and try that version.
• Follow any size or format limit shown by the uploader.

If the upload fails, note the exact error and the approximate time. Tell us which album or feature you were using, your device, and the image's file type and size. Please do not keep retrying the same upload rapidly.

Community images are checked for sexual content, including profile photos, covers, and uploads. Sexual images are not allowed. If a safe image is rejected, contact this page with the error details so the issue can be investigated; do not post the rejected image publicly.
