When reporting a problem, please include:
• What you were trying to do.
• The page or feature you were using.
• The steps that led to the problem.
• The exact error message, if there is one.
• Your device and browser.
• Roughly when it happened, including your time zone.

A screenshot can help. Crop out private conversations, email addresses, passwords, login codes, and payment details before sharing it.

Example: “On Android in Chrome, I opened my photo album, chose a photo, and tapped Upload. The upload stopped with this error at about 3 pm Eastern.”

Use a comment for general how-to questions. Use the Message button on this page for account-specific details. If something is abusive or inappropriate, use its Report option so it can be reviewed.
