Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ChatSpot Social at community.chatspot.space. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the team operating ChatSpot Social. You can reach us through the Contact page.

By creating an account or using the community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. These Terms cover the community; related ChatSpot services and external websites may have additional terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatSpot Social, and must meet any higher minimum age required by the law that applies to you. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, involve a parent or guardian and obtain their permission where required. Do not give a false date of birth or help someone bypass an age restriction. Adult-only content and features are restricted to users aged 18 or older.

Provide accurate account information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in details and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an official role, sell access to an account, or evade a suspension with another account. Public registration is closed. New community accounts are created through verified ChatSpot Chat account sign-in. The eligibility and conduct rules in these Terms still apply to everyone joining this way.

If you use Login with your Chat account, your Chat identity is linked to a community account. Protect that Chat account as well. Linking does not automatically import chat conversations, and separate community restrictions still apply. Closing one account does not necessarily close the other.

2. Respect people and their boundaries

  • Do not threaten, harass, stalk, bully, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
  • Do not promote hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or organize targeted abuse.
  • Do not share another person's private information, intimate images, or recordings without the necessary permission.
  • Do not post child sexual exploitation material, sexualize minors, groom users, or facilitate exploitation or trafficking.
  • Do not use the community for scams, fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful transactions, or deceptive fundraising.
  • Do not spam, manipulate engagement or points, operate abusive automation, scrape private information, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Share only content you own or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, and other people's rights.

Any permitted age-restricted content must be lawful, consensual, correctly marked where a mature-content control is available, and kept away from underage users. A mature-content label never excuses exploitation, non-consensual material, harassment, or other prohibited content. Moderators may remove content that is inappropriate for its audience or context.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content, you give ChatSpot Social a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate the service, deliver it to your selected audience, maintain backups, and carry out moderation. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to grant that permission.

This permission is limited to operating the service and related technical functions; it does not transfer ownership of your work to us. It ends when the content is removed from our systems, except for necessary backup, legal, security, and moderation retention and copies other users have independently retained or shared. Review audience settings before you publish.

Other members are responsible for their own content and conduct. Do not assume that a profile, claim, offer, or message is verified simply because it appears here.

4. Virtual gifts and points

Gifts are digital community items, not physical products. The current collection contains 25 gifts priced at 25 points each. Review the displayed cost before sending. Sending a gift requires sufficient points and permission to send gifts to the recipient.

Under the current gift system, the gift's points are deducted from the sender and credited to the recipient, and the recipient receives a gift notification. A gift is a completed interaction once sent; contact us if you believe a technical error or unauthorized transaction occurred. We will investigate rather than promise an automatic reversal.

Points are an internal accounting unit, not legal tender, a bank deposit, or a guaranteed investment. Availability of earning, spending, transfer, or withdrawal features depends on the site's settings and any separately displayed conditions. Do not assume that points can be redeemed for cash merely because you have a balance. Do not exploit bugs, create fake activity, or coordinate abuse to obtain points. Proven errors or abusive transactions may be corrected.

Features and prices may change prospectively. Any paid feature introduced later must disclose its applicable price and conditions before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

5. Moderation, reporting, and appeals

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, address security risks, or comply with law. Serious or urgent cases may require immediate action. Moderation is not a promise that every item is reviewed before it appears.

Use available report and block controls, or our Contact page, to raise a concern. Include the relevant link and a brief explanation. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact us with your username and the decision you want reviewed. Do not evade a restriction while requesting review.

For copyright concerns, identify the work, the allegedly infringing content and its location, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to contact you. Do not submit false or abusive reports. For an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service; this community is not an emergency-response service.

6. External services and member interactions

Links, embeds, and integrations may lead to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A member's post or link is not an endorsement by ChatSpot Social. Use judgment before sharing information, sending money, meeting someone, or entering an arrangement with another member.

7. Availability and service limits

We aim to keep the community available, but maintenance, outages, and feature changes can occur. Keep your own copies of important content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy of member content, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party conduct or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes rights you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law.

8. Leaving the community

You can stop using the service and use the account-deletion option in settings, or contact us for help. Deleting an account may remove access to its profile, content, and features. Review and download information you want to keep first. Data retention and remaining copies are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date and provide additional notice where required or appropriate for a material change. Changes do not override rights that cannot legally be waived. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.

Please contact us first about a concern or dispute so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator where the law gives you that right. Questions, support requests, and appeals can be sent through the Contact page.
